I need a replacement at early July 2009. I just got transferred to Sg Petani.
The rental is RM600 monthly, maintenance fee is RM15. Very quite n safe place.
Near to ikea, the curve, tesco and so on. You won't regret because its hard to
get a house here. The house is renovated( tiles & plastic ceiling)& well kept
in a good condition. It does not look like as a low cost house at all even
though it was.
